Alariz is a trip towards flavors and aromas of the cantabrian market kitchen. We incorporated animal illustrations, with an antique etched style, to evoke the origin of the fresh, market artisan style of the dishes. Together, they generate a pattern that builds and reinforces the brand experience.
The inner workings of the restaurant was also translated to this graphic code: the chef as a fish, the waiter as a quick rabbit, etc. In the world of the brand, these animals apear in the same hierarchy as the ingredients on the menu.
