Moresca is an important project in Guadalajara, it was one of the first restaurants that took a risk and invested in their differentiation. They sought, since their beginnings in year 2000, to break away (in terms of identity) from the italian restaurants of that time. One of the elements that they used were the illustrations for the menus, these would change by season creating a tradition for the brand that was used for the first years with much success.
In the second phase the Moresca bar was created, inspired by hunter and vintage themes.
